I heard you can make Paint.net Plugins with Visual Basic but how ? There many Paint.net Plugins from C#, Is this mean I need to learn C# ? Or translate it ? If you know how, please tell me.

Hey Izy, Well, it's possible to make plug-ins for Paint.NET in VB.NET however it isn't recommended (due to the fact that most of it is easier to do in C#, most of the tutorials are in C# and because C# is a widely used language). You can also use the translator Prezence suggested but it isn't always going to come out 100% correct, C# is VERY similar to VB.NET and should be pretty simple to translate yourself without the need of a translator like the one Prezence suggested. This should explain all you need to know on how to make a Paint.NET plugin: boltbait.com/pdn/CodeLab/Hope this helps!

C# is probably one of the best languages for apps. It's widely used so learning it is a HUGE advantage.
