I'm looking for a creative vb.net UI designer who is willing to create a very nice winforms UI design for my program, I am willing to pay via PayPal.

Details for what I'm looking for:

Login Screen
Main Form (Must have space for 2 web Browsers, look at my example below)
Settings (Dialog) Form
Prefer cool blue or green theme and/or black design.

I wouldn't mind doing this...mainly because you said "blue" and as you can see I'm a big fan of blue
