You can just use Trial & Error Method(Try One Type, If Failed Then Next, If Success Then Do What you want to do with it.) It is slow, but effective. BTW.. What do you want to do with it, Just Asking?

not code but this file, I want to edit it and make my own editor for this type of file. When I open it with notepad, it just like a rar file. I change the file extension to rar but it not work... Items File

It seems to be a project file type for a program called "RPG Maker VX" (http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/). I don't think it's possible to make a program to open/edit this since it's unique for that program only.

but someone have make one " Gemini" RPG Maker VX Ace Script Editor, it read the Script.rvdata2 and open as plain text.

Remember that some encryption can only be done by application with the right decryptic level....
2 years ago, i was working on an encryption and security project with a startup called XorCon.... They made sure that their encrypted work could only be decrypted if it was opened by an application with the expected 'signature'. And if an application without that 'signature' tried to open it, it wouldnt decrypt.
In other words, some decrypted files are able to self execute (and send WINmsg) when accessed.
The only possible way is to exploit (which isnt entirely legal)
