Hi Folks,
I would like to know how to execute a javascript without any webpage, webbrowser control etc. Or atleast without getting user attention.

Hey altair , So far all I have tried is using WebBrowser.Document.InvokeScript("MyScript")You can hide the webbrowser control so the user wont notice it. Hope this helps!

Ok, Thanks Just thought of it. But one thing, can I execute javascript functions that way, because Core will be invoking the script while the giving a command, While which Core searches the metadata and executes the Function in a Javascript file. Altair - The Flying One

So to help me understand this, what would the example of the JS code look like? Is it trying to somehow make calls back to your .NET code?

Yes,
It will call back the vb.net code. All the apps request to the Core API modules by the core framework.

So your best bet will be using Awesomium and binding callbacks. This way your JavaScript can say APIS.doSomething(someValue);
