We did a test run for our browser ,we invited some prof. to test the browser functions, UI, and features. According to them, these are the things that they wanted to see.
security features - Can save password to specific site - Blocks pop-up ads
on browser start up: they suggest to add on every new tab that will be created the search function (kinda like the one in chrome new tab)
and can translate other language to default(english)
my question is this:
1. Is there any special type of coding(VB) in saving users passwords on different sites? 2. how can i make the new tab search function a default on browser startup and how to create one ?
this is the last obstacle i need to overcome for our browser, please lend me your knowledge.
cheers,

The translation stuff is sort of easy, While the page is loaded send a query (send a link to google translate url translation i mean like coding a search engine) Load it in background or something then without altering the address bar url, display it. Well that's what I think but this won't work in places where Google Translate URL translation is banned. E.g In my Country (I still don't know how it translates).

For the translation tool you can ask Prezence or Blueflap , they seem to have it working. For the search functionality just set the Source/URL of the webcontrol/webbrowser to the path of the "index.html" file (like this : "file:///C:/MyBrowser/MySearch/index.html", make sure it's in an accessible place like the user's "C:\" drive, in a separate folder of course).

Well I am not much into web development, but I think you can somehow use the Google Translate API (http://cloud.google.com/translate). Or Use this ntextcat.codeplex.com/Altair - The Flying One
