so, this is my code : Sub ttry_encode()
Dim fileText As String = IO.File.ReadAllText("C:\Users\Acer\Pictures\images.jpg")
IO.File.WriteAllText("C:\Users\Acer\Pictures\images4.jpg", fileText, System.Text.Encoding.ASCII)
End Sub
Sub ttry_decode()
Dim fileText As String = IO.File.ReadAllText("C:\Users\Acer\Pictures\images4.jpg")
IO.File.WriteAllText("C:\Users\Acer\Pictures\images5.jpg", fileText, System.Text.Encoding.Default)
End Sub update... the file size is same, both smaller than original file. but the images4.jpg is not the original file. I cannot decode it, I can only encode it...
