Yeah, you can.

there are several types of extensions: the website shortcut where it's like a shortcut the one where it brings up a panel, and other stuff like ad block or where it makes a frame of html pop up (I have no idea how to make the ad block and extensions that are complicated like an ad block)

For the website shortcut extension, just enter the new tab code and make your new tab navigate to the website of your extension.

For the panel extension, just add a panel to your project and put whatever you want to put.

For the html frame, I don't really know, but I think Prezence knows
